Cheat Key Sequences
The following key sequences are MW2 Specific!
Hold down CTRL-ALT-SHIFT and type the following to tweak the game to your
satisfaction:
� BLORB = Invulnerable Mech.
� CIA = Unlimited Ammo.
� COLDMISER = Disable Heat Tracking.
� DORCS = Meet the Mechwarrior 2 Designers.
� ENOLAGAY = Nuke Everything. Everything!
� FLYGIRL = Your Mech sprouts jump jets!
� FRONT = Rear view camera changes to front view.
� GANKEM = Toast the currently targeted mech!
� HANGAROUND = Disable mission timer.
� ICANTHACKIT = Successfully skip the mission.
� IDKFA = Try it and see!
� MEEPMEEP = Enable time compression. Slows down game.
� MICHELIN = Display object bounding spheres.
� MIGHTYMOUSE = Unlimited Jump Jets!
� POCKPOCK = Turn into chickens. (?)
� TINKERBELL = Free Flight Camera.
� UNMEEPMEEP = Disable time compression.
� XRAY = Like "Image Enhancement" but you can see through walls,
etc.
� ZMAK = Adds extra gravity to slow down the the game.
Other Tidbits
� You can use the ' key to toggle between weapon groups. Or you can redefine
another key in the Combat Controls screen.
� Registering with the name Freebirthtoad will allow you to "replay" all 16
missions. (But not with a custom mech, unfortunately.)
� Change your name to Hobbes in the Trials of Grievance (from the Star Config
screen) and you will be able to select the Elemental & Tarantula mechs.
� Change your name to Enzo in the Trials of Grievance (from the Star Config
screen) and you will be able to select the Elemental, Tarantula, and Battle
Master mechs. However, the Battle Master mech will crash the game unless you
hack mw2shell.exe and change the occurance of "btllmstr" to read "bttlmstr".
Someone at Activision typo'd. Note that this typo is fixed in the V1.1 Patch.
� Clicking on the 2nd "light orb" will take you to the Meet the Designers Page.

The following key sequences are GBL Specific!
Hold down CTRL-ALT-SHIFT and type the following to tweak the game to your
satisfaction:
� BURR = Toggle heat tracking.
� CLARK = Toggle X-ray vision.
� CRILLION = Infinite jump juice.
� DORCS = Picture of MW2 designers.
� DRONE = Toggle free-eye mode (for taking screenshots).
� GONZALES = Toggle time compression key.
� KABOOM = Nukes all mechs, including own if not "KENT".
� KENT = Invulnerable mech.
� JUMBO = Sprout jump jets.
� MERLOCK = Toggle time expansion.
� PALEX = Destroys targeted mech.
� PUTZ = Successful mission.
� THUNDROS = Unlimited ammo.
� TIK = Toggle collision bounding spheres.
� VOYEUR = Toggle mini-cam -- forward or rear view.
Other Tidbits
� When your mission selection screen is the inside of the dropship, clicking on the
computer screen just to the right of the mission briefing computer will access a
picture of the game designers & programmers. Clicking on the faces will reveal
each person's spiel.
� If you're away from a 'Mech plant and want to change your 'Mech, do this: Go
into the combat simulator and change your mech to what you want it to be. Start
the simulator and press escape and exit into DOS. When you come back you will
have the 'Mech you started the combat simulator with. Works with Inner Sphere
'Mechs too!
� In the Ice Hall, click on the light near the left side of the screen. This displays
pics and text from the GBL design team.

The following key sequences are Mercenaries Specific!
Hold down CTRL-ALT-SHIFT and type the following to tweak the game to your
satisfaction:
� ANTIJOLT = Time expansion enabled.
� BEHOLDMYGLORY = Free-eye mode.
� BUBBLEBOY = Display bounding spheres.
� CRAZYSEXYCOOL = Infinite jump-juice.
� INMYBEAUTIFULBALLOON = Adds jump jets.
� ITSDABOOOMB = Nukes targeted mech.
� ISEENFIREANDISEENRAIN = Unlimited ammo.
� LIKETHECOMSTARBABY = Automatically succeed in mission (it
doesn't set your mission goals as successful though).
� ONTIMEEVERYTIME = Time compression key enabled.
� OOOHHHLLLAAALLLAAA = Disable heat tracking.
� REDJACKANDTIKRULES = Destroy targeted mech without the
splash damage of "itsdabooomb" code. Useful in the Dread Legion
mission where you defend the water tanks.
� SUPERFUNKICALIFRAGISEXY = Invulnerbility.
� UNDFLASHYFLASHY = AutoGrouping enabled (makes all
weapons fire from the first trigger).
� WALKTHISWAY = Leading Recticle enabled (makes enemies
follow your targeting crosshairs towards you).
� WEDIDITAGAIN = Meet the MW2 designers.
Other Tidbits
� Enter your call sign as Goto and enter your unit as Goto. Then pick a contract
and head to the Mech Bay. There should be a hallway in the backround of the
Mech Bay screen. Click on the first light in the hallway. Then meet the
designers.
